The 2017 MX Championship will now be decided over 5 rounds only.
The scheduled date for Round 6 on the 29th of October will not be run due to the clash of dates with Wollongong MCC’s open event.
Unfortunately we will not be able to re-run this round at a later date therefore the last round of the championship will take place next Sunday the 15th of October.
The Championship will be decided over 5 rounds with the drop round rule applied (lowest round score will be dropped)
The Complex will be at it’s best and ready to race, we hope to see there ready for the gate drop.
Entries are still open for this Mondays Race Pace school which will include Kick start Course as well. So please contact Michel on 0410467776 or visit the web site http://www.racepace.com.au
After the long break and the winter school holidays, I hope everyone is well rested and ready to go for round 4. We have another exciting race day ahead on Sunday the 6th August and we hope to see you there. Nowra Motorcycle Club will have a well prepared and watered track for our members to compete on post MX Nationals. Saturday is prep day so if any one can come down and offer a hand to set up and water the track that would be great. Looking forward to a great days racing. Bring your friends and family.
After the cancellation of the last round, riders will be amped and ready to do battle. Whether you are racing your mates for bragging rights or chasing championships you need to get yourself to the Motorplex for some quality track action. Our track will be well prepared and watered, to ensure that the day will be prime for all our members enjoyment. This is the last club round before the MX Nationals will be held at the track, so we expect some of the professionals to show their faces, squeezing in that last bit of practice before the big day. It should be a great day for spectators too, bring along your families and friends.
There have been some changes to MNSW rules regarding nippers (riders over 4 yrs and under 7yrs, 50cc 2 stroke 110cc 4 stroke). These riders no longer require a kickstart booklet/junior race licence. Instead, they can be assessed on the day by a club official. So if your child wants to come and join in the fun, bring them out. See you all there!
